Sole occupancy of either guest bunk room can be secured by booking and paying for 4 beds in the small bunk room and 10 in the large one. A 50% reservation fee is required to confirm a large group booking or for the sole occupancy of either guest bunk room.

The members bunk room cannot be booked and runs on a first come first served basis.

Please note: There are members around most weekends.

Accommodation terms & conditions

Sign in on arrival and pay duty warden.
All caving kit to be restricted to changing room only (even if it is clean).
No food to be taken into bunk rooms, library, dark room or lab.
Please moderate the volume of your music so as not to annoy others.
The hut/duty warden’s word is law and carries the full backing of the committee.
Kindly respect the Club and its premises during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building.
All bookings must be made by an adult (ie. over 18).
Groups including under 18s please note: Following the introduction of the Protection of Children Act 1999 the M.N.R.C. has introduced a Child Protection Policy. We are now only able to accept group bookings for leaders with under 18s from a recognised group such as scouts, youth group or school. We expect such organisations to be aware of the requirements and to be following the principles set out in the Protection of Children Act 1999. A full copy of the M.N.R.C. Child Protection Policy is available upon request.
We do not guarantee exclusive use of the building, only sole occupancy of the dormitories if booked. The dormitories are not designated male/female; under 18s/leaders. If you have a particular requirement then we advise booking exclusive use.
Pets are welcome in the common room and changing room only - not the kitchen or dormitories.
The club is not insured for any equipment or belongings brought to the club by members or guests.
Please leave the hut clean and tidy. Cleaning materials are in the cupboard by the sinks in the gents toilets, under the sink in the ladies toilets and on the windowsill in the kitchen & showers. There are hoovers and brooms in the corridor by the back door.
